Sergey brings a wealth of experience from the global health tech sector. Before joining XO Life, he was Vice President of Engineering at Flo Health Inc. The Flo app is the number one downloaded women's health app in the world, with over 200 million downloads and around 40 million monthly active users. He joined Flo in 2018 and played a key role in leading the company through a period of rapid growth — from a small team to a triple-digit number of employees. Flo became the world’s first Femtech unicorn and raised $200 million in its Series C funding round in 2024. At Flo, Sergey was instrumental in scaling the platform globally, driving innovation in personalized content delivery and user-centric insights for millions of users across multiple countries.

His expertise in building scalable technology infrastructures, machine learning, big data and expanding digital platforms internationally aligns perfectly with XO Life’s mission. As CTO, Sergey will lead the further development and expansion of the brite™ platform as XO Life enters its next phase of growth and internationalization.
